The 'Platform' refers to the RMZOS cloud operating platform. The 'Subscriber' refers to the hotel, travel agency, or legal entity holding an active subscription. Utilizing the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms and the attached Privacy Policy.

Subscribers agree to supply accurate registration information, including legal commercial names and administrative contacts. Subscribers bear sole responsibility for safeguarding administrative credentials and choosing non-infringing subdomains (e.g. yourname.rmzos.com).

RMZOS operates a transparent modular cloud subscription model based on selected capacity and applications:

Each subscription plan allocates a defined capacity of properties, rooms, users, storage, and monthly Rmz AI operations. Subscribers can scale capacity seamlessly at any time from the dashboard with zero downtime.

Rmz AI provides automated document extraction and financial matching tools:

RMZOS retains exclusive intellectual property rights to the platform code, architecture, and brand. The Subscriber retains 100% exclusive and irrevocable ownership of all guest data, financial ledgers, and operational records.

Subscribers may terminate their subscription at any time. RMZOS guarantees a grace window enabling full export of all records, ledgers, and guest logs in standard formats (Excel/CSV) prior to database archiving.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled exclusively by the Commercial Courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
