Does Rmz AI approve rosters and accounting entries on its own?

No. It reads, extracts, and reconciles, presenting results as a review card. No dispatch or journal entry posts without your confirmation.

What is the difference between guaranteed, non-guaranteed, and room-night blocks? Can I resell part of them?

Guaranteed: rooms you commit to with the hotel. Non-guaranteed: auto-cancels at the cutoff date and returns to main inventory. Room-nights: you buy a number of nights rather than specific rooms. You can purchase a guaranteed block and resell part of it to other companies as non-guaranteed or room-nights, with the system managing distribution.

Does the system control what my agents book?

Yes. Each agent has an assigned credit limit; bookings only occur within available credit, and discounts require authorized approval. Agents can book directly through their B2B portal at net rates.

Can double-bookings occur on block rooms?

The availability engine never permits double bookings on the same room, whether from agents, your website, or connected bedbanks.

How do you handle ZATCA, Shomous, and Nusuk?

E-invoicing follows Phase 2 technical specifications (XML and QR), with official accreditation in progress. Shomous is ready. Nusuk is in development. We announce any official qualification here once granted.

Can I sell rooms in different currencies?

Yes, agent ledgers are tracked in the agent's currency and settled at the exchange rate recorded in the system.

Where is my data hosted and how is pricing calculated?

Each agency has an independent isolated database on Google Cloud, encrypted at rest, protected by Cloudflare, with regular snapshots. Pricing scales by operational volume and users, starting from SAR 99/month.
